An accomplished technologist and product strategist with a background in human behavior, software development, go-to-market strategies, and telecommunications, he is also an advisor for several global businesses and previously worked with the the United States government, Oracle, Vodafone, and many "dot com" startups. Randall is the father of three children, a world traveler, and a guitarist.
As CPO, Mat drives the alignment of purpose and product across the full Appfire portfolio of brands drawing on his passion for making products that truly matter. Prior to co-founding Appfire, Mat helped run successful political organizations at nearly every level, and has a background in organizational strategy, product marketing, product design, graphic design, and growth hacking. Mat is a proud father, latin dance performer, and former semi-pro baseball player.
As President and COO, Bob oversees operations, human resources, marketing, and business systems to ensure execution of Appfire’s mission, vision, and goals. Bob has been an investor, advisor, board member, and founder of high growth companies for over twenty years, helping tech companies with strategy, go-to-market, finance, and acquisitions. A Pittsburgh native, Bob enjoys cheering on the Steelers, salt-water fishing, and spending time with his wife and kids.
As CFO, Hayden is instrumental in Appfire's continued growth and ongoing success at scale. Prior to joining Appfire, Hayden had a 20-year career in finance and accounting driving multiple teams to impressive new heights. With a BA in Economics, and multiple licenses and certifications, Hayden has a wealth of knowledge and financial expertise. Hayden is a proud parent, amateur chef, spreadsheet lover, and sailing enthusiast.
David is the founder of Innovalog (an Appfire company) and maker of two top-selling Jira apps. He previously led teams at Business Objects and Apple, and served in key leadership roles responsible for strategy, planning, design, and implementation of product portfolios in Big Data, SaaS, and Enterprise applications. David mentors start-up development teams in his spare time and is a proud father of three.
Boris is a co-founder and architect of Botron (an Appfire company), responsible for process solutions architecture and design. Prior to Botron, he worked for enterprise software companies like Axway, Microfocus, SAP for over 10 years. Boris holds a MS in Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria and is passionate about music and photography.
Fabian is a co-founder of Beecom Products (an Appfire company) and World Web Forum, one of the most influential business and technology leadership conferences in Europe. With more than 15 years in the Atlassian ecosystem, he holds an MBA in strategy and organization at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and is a music fan and former professional triathlete.
Ajay is the Director of Product Engineering for the Wittified brand of Atlassian apps. In addition to being a Founding Engineer at Appfire, he has previously contributed as a Solutions Architect and earned numerous certifications through the Atlassian University.
As Vice President of Operations, Alex is responsible for finance, operations, and human resources and draws on her years of diverse experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, finance, and operations at major universities.
As SVP of Product Management and Growth, Andy leads the product management and growth teams across Appfire's product portfolio. Andy has over a decade of product management experience, including leading product and growth teams for IBM Watson and IBM Cloud.
Aravind is Appfire's Director of Product Engineering for the Bob Swift brand of apps. Prior to joining Appfire, Aravind led teams at two other technology companies and earned certifications as a SCRUM Master and a Project Management Professional.
Betsy is Appfire’s Vice President of Business Systems & Processes and brings years of experience in technical consulting and managing enterprise platforms at a major financial services company. She worked with Appfire as a client prior to joining the team.
As Regional Director of Business Operations, Bipasha is responsible for staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, office administration, and business finance for Appfire's Hyderabad office. Prior to Appfire, she managed HR for other tech companies and earned her MBA in Human Resources.
Bob Swift is the Chief Product Architect and original creator of Bob Swift Atlassian apps. After creating dozens of top-selling apps, Bob joined the Appfire family and now primarily focuses on the Atlassian Command Line Interface family of products and other automation apps.
Bob is Chief Product Architect of Artemis. He formerly worked at Atlassian, co-creating the first version of the Atlassian Connect platform. Bob is a seasoned Cloud application developer and is always eager to share his knowledge. He is passionate about DIY construction projects, fixing things he has no previous experience with, and pretending to be a lumberjack.
Brendan is Chief Product Architect and the founder of Artemis, makers of some of the earliest and most widely-used apps for Confluence. He previously consulted to Atlassian customers starting in 2005 as the first US-based Atlassian Partner. Brendan is passionate about collaboration, exploring new technologies, kitesurfing, and snowboarding.
As Vice President of Corporate Development, George is responsible for partner relationship building and corporate development, and draws on years of experience in sales, negotiations, and relationship-building roles.
One of the original cofounders and products architects of Botron, George is Director of Engineering for the Botron brand at Appfire. He has over a decade of software development, a Master's degree in software engineering, and several Atlassian and Scrum certifications.
Harsh Agarwal is Chief Product Architect and was the original creator of several business intelligence products within the Bob Swift apps brand before joining Appfire. Harsh has an MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business and previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services and CEB (now Gartner).
As Vice President of Marketing, Holly leads a team of product marketing managers, growth analysts, and digital marketing specialists. She has an MBA in marketing and previously held leadership roles at a digital marketing agency and a tech startup.
Jason is a Chief Product Architect and founder of Bolo Software. Before developing apps for Atlassian products, Jason developed software for some of the largest wind turbine manufacturers. He enjoys making and eating good food and traveling with his wife and three children.
Jeff is Vice President of Research & Development with 30+ years of product development experience. Prior to joining Appfire, he led software teams at several tech companies and worked closely with Bob Swift.

Sasha is the Director of Global HR at Appfire, where she is responsible for all staffing, compensation, benefits, training, development, and more. She previously led the HR team at a large health care company and earned a law degree.

As Senior Director of Support Engineering, Vasuraj leads the product support team for Appfire. He previously led the professional services engineering team at Appfire and worked for two Fortune 100 companies, after completing his Master's degree in Computer Science.
