We Are Whiteboards Team
Last couple of years changed everything about workplace collaboration. Millions of knowledge workers around the globe said adios to their office cubicles and embraced work-from-home / work-from-anywhere culture. This wave brought a whole new set of challenges & opportunities to team collaboration, knowledge sharing & project management. At Whiteboards we’re riding the very crest of this wave. We empower software & project teams with a new type of collaboration platform. One that blends discovery with delivery. Freedom of canvas with the app-like structures. Asynchronous with real-time.
We’re currently pursuing growth within the agile, product & software teams category by supporting day to day ceremonies and use-cases of Product Mangers, Scrum Masters, Researchers & Engineers like you.
If you share our passion and want to build a product you will have fun using yourself, there is a space for you at Whiteboards.
What you will do:
- Lead a team of experienced professionals (up to 10 people) in delivering the greatest customer value. You will be responsible for the developers' growth and management, which includes mentoring, performance and salary reviews;
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager, UX Designer and Marketing to shape the product’s future and minimize time to market for every product increment;
- Hands-on software development. Our current tech stack in https://whiteboards.io/ includes React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, GCP services and Google Firebase BUT it constantly evolves. You need the openness to use your experience and leverage other programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc. to make the product better for the users and more competitive on the market;
- Strive for the pragmatic trade-off between quality and speed of delivery in a high-paced, dynamic environment (e.g. teach team through code reviews, improve test coverage, facilitate Scrum ceremonies);
- Introduce best coding practices and support the team in implementing new product features;
- Take ownership of technical improvements (refactoring, minimize technical debt).
