Our goal in making these changes is to provide value-based pricing across our portfolio, directionally in alignment with Atlassian’s pricing and evolving platform costs, and to provide small teams with free access to our collaboration software. We’re continuing to invest extensively in enterprise readiness for Cloud, app security and compliance, new features and functionality, and enhanced product support. Existing customers have 60 days from the effective date to renew licenses at the previous price. Additionally, any quotes generated before the effective date will be honored for 30 days. Please contact your reseller or Atlassian advocate, or visit the Atlassian Marketplace to generate a new quote.

For simplicity, we are showing a range of sample Cloud prices on these pages. Once the new pricing goes live on July 1, 2025, you can use the pricing calculator on the Atlassian Marketplace to determine your exact renewal price. If you need specific pricing ahead of July 1, 2025, please contact your Appfire Customer Success Manager or open a support ticket so our team can assist.

Yes, for eligible organizations working with Atlassian and Atlassian resellers on enterprise Cloud migrations, we will continue to participate in Atlassian’s Dual Licensing program and offer Extended Cloud Migration trials. We will evaluate other discounts — including Step-up Credits — on a case-by-case basis.

We recently evaluated the pricing for all our Atlassian apps. If an app you use is not listed above, then there are no price changes at this time.

We regularly evaluate our pricing and value to our customers relative to the market, and we try to make timely adjustments in alignment with any changes that our platform partners make to the marketplace app pricing structure. Any future pricing adjustments will be reflective of the value that our apps provide.
