When you click on Join, we will ask you a few questions. Your answers will help ensure you are invited to the right research studies. We will then email you to invite you to future research studies. Each email will include details about the study and what rewards you will receive if you choose to participate. You can always decline a study invitation and unsubscribe at any time.
You'll have the opportunity to participate in various remote research studies. You may be asked to talk to a researcher over a video call, complete an online survey, show how you use our tools, or interact with a digital prototype. To participate, all you need is a computer, and you can join from anywhere worldwide (except the list of prohibited countries).
You must be over 18 years old and not currently working at a government or state agency. We use Tremendous to grant rewards, so please review the list to see which countries are prohibited.

No. It's free to join the Appfire Research Lab, and it's entirely voluntary.
Every study will be different. Each study invitation email will include details on the rewards you will receive for participating. Often rewards are in the form of digital gift cards, Appfire swag, or a donation to the charity of your choice.
The insights and perspective you share are essential in helping us develop products that meet our customers' needs.
This may vary depending on the goals of the study. You will receive no more than a few research study invitation emails a month. You will always have the option to accept or decline the invitation.
