Customers can continue using their active subscription as normal, and we will continue to support customers with active accounts through December 31, 2027. Subscriptions will not be renewed at the end of their current contract term. Customers with questions about their contract, renewal, data, or transition planning should contact Appfire through the Customer Support Portal.
In February 2025, Appfire acquired Flow from Pluralsight. As part of the transaction, customer contracts for Flow subscriptions were generally transferred to Appfire. Please reach out to Customer Support if you have questions regarding your individual contract.

We recognize that some customers may have agreements that extend beyond Flow's retirement date. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible and provide ample time to prepare for the product's retirement.

In accordance with our end-of-life strategy for Flow, the opportunity to renew subscriptions will conclude on June 30, 2026. To assist customers with renewals occurring in July or August 2026, we are extending a 60-day grace period, ensuring time to assess alternative market solutions.
Subscriptions renewed on or prior to June 30, 2026, will remain active and supported for the duration of the term, aligned with our established end-of-life schedule. If your agreement was finalized within 45 days of this notification, Appfire provides the opportunity to evaluate your contract and determine the best path forward for your organization.
