Create a draft of your Jira project workflow
Select the transition for which you want to restrict issue flow (e.g. from “Testing” to “Done” status)
Select User Condition (JMWE app) from the list of condition, then specify the criteria for allowing the transition to happen (e.g. current user belongs to the Product Owners group)
Publish the draft and test your new approval workflow
