Today, we’re proud to share Appfire’s 2025 Impact Report. While our 2024 report established a foundation for how we approach environmental, social, and governance (ESG), this year’s report represents a meaningful step forward in how we measure, understand, and manage our impact as a responsible business. As expectations around transparency and accountability continue to evolve, our approach to reporting was guided by globally recognized frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).

This year, we’ve moved beyond narrative to establish baseline measurements across key ESG areas, including measuring our carbon footprint. For the first time, we have a clearer view of where our impacts exist across cloud infrastructure, business travel, offices, and our broader value chain. This visibility allows us to better manage risk, improve efficiency, and make more informed decisions as we continue to make work flow for our customers around the world.

Our report focuses on the topics most material to our business and stakeholders, including digital responsibility, climate and environmental stewardship, people and culture, governance and ethics, and community and social impact. These areas reflect both how our operations affect the world around us and how external expectations from customers, regulators, and partners shape how we operate. From data privacy, cybersecurity, and product reliability to employee experience, talent development, and responsible sourcing, these topics are central to building a resilient, trusted organization.

“Doing good work isn’t enough if it isn’t measurable, repeatable, and accountable. Real impact comes from embedding these principles into how we operate — not treating them as separate initiatives.”

Matt Dircks, CEO

This report is not the finish line; it’s a tool for continuous improvement which will help us identify what’s working well, where we have gaps, and where we have opportunities to strengthen our business. Whether it’s refining how we manage our environmental footprint, formalizing internal processes like succession planning, or deepening how we measure employee engagement, this work is directly connected to how we deliver value to our customers and partners.

We remain committed to building a company grounded in transparency, accountability, and responsible growth. As we continue to mature our approach, we will use the insights from this report to strengthen how ESG considerations are embedded into our strategy, operations, and decision-making.

We invite you to explore the full report and learn more about how we’re working to build a stronger, more resilient Appfire. We look forward to hearing your feedback and continuing the conversation.
