Established in 2018, Jexo quickly became well-known and respected in the Atlassian ecosystem thanks in part to the unique and energetic digital presence of co-founders Biro Florin and Nikki Závadská. The two host the Monday Coffee with Jexo podcast and planned the first PM72 Summit last year, which drew 2,000 attendees. Not to mention their blog, which attracts 15,000 readers each month. At its core, Biro and Nikki wanted to build a company focused on culture and professional growth and, having experience in work management solutions, decided to focus on simplifying how teams manage their work in Jira.
