We are thrilled to welcome Christian Lane to Appfire in the new position of VP, Strategic Alliances. Christian will play an integral role in shaping and executing Appfire’s partnership strategy, expanding our footprint in the ecosystems we operate in and leading Appfire’s relationship development with key ecosystem partners. With extensive experience in the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond, Christian is no stranger to Appfire. As co-founder and former CEO of Praecipio, one of Atlassian’s largest channel partners, Christian has worked alongside Appfire Co-founder and CEO Randall Ward and other team members for many years, designing and implementing solutions for customers using Appfire’s products.
Christian brings to Appfire his deep experience working with customers to solve their biggest challenges, as well as technical expertise and a strong understanding of how apps can enhance, extend, and augment core platforms. His entrepreneurial drive will enable Appfire to strengthen its strategic partnership with Atlassian and help shape new relationships across other leading platforms, including Microsoft Azure DevOps, monday.com, and Salesforce. He will also play a key role in connecting Appfire’s product, engineering, and go-to-market teams with their strategic counterparts at those platforms.

In his previous role as co-founder and CEO of Praecipio Consulting, the second largest Atlassian Solution Partner in the Americas, Christian was responsible for defining and implementing the firm’s business strategy and led their Atlassian partnership, which began in 2008. Praecipio has since scaled to over $175M in revenue.
