Today, we’re proud to take a step forward in our journey by publishing Appfire’s first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report. This report marks the beginning of a new chapter in how we measure, communicate, and continuously improve our impact. It reflects not only where we are today, but also the values driving our journey forward, including transparency and accountability, and is structured around four pillars that define our approach to ESG: people, environment, community, and trust. Although we are not required to disclose ESG-related information as a private company, we believe this is the right thing to do.

Since our incorporation in 2005, we have embraced a remote-first culture, enabling our employees to work from wherever they thrive. - Recognizing our environmental footprint: As a software company, our direct environmental impact is relatively low compared to industries with significant physical operations. However, we remain committed to evaluating and minimizing our footprint where possible. As we formalize our environmental initiatives, we aim to be a role model for private companies in our industry, setting a high standard for how organizations can integrate sustainability into their operations.
