Your Appfire experience, backed by trust

At Appfire, we’re all about making work flow — but we also take your trust seriously. This section covers the legal essentials you need to know as an Appfire customer, from the terms that shape our relationship to the ways we safeguard your data.

Your top questions — answered

Get clear answers to the most common legal and compliance questions about Appfire.

The fine print, made simple

Our EULA for marketplace transactions (like Atlassian, monday.com, Microsoft, etc.) outlines the key terms of using Appfire apps. Think of it as a handshake agreement, but in writing. If you’re buying directly from Appfire and not a marketplace, we use a slightly different model.
For customers purchasing Flow directly from Appfire, our Software Subscription Agreement (SSA) outlines the terms of your subscription, including billing, renewals, and support. The SSA is designed to simplify procurement, ensure transparency, and support enterprise needs, so you can focus on getting value from Flow, while we take care of the details.

Your privacy, your control

We take privacy seriously — because we know you do too. Our privacy policy and data processing agreement (DPA) spell out how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Security that works as hard as you do

Check out our Trust Center for details on how we keep your information safe with industry-standard security measures and compliance certifications like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
