We’re excited to share that Melissa Pahde, Lead Channel Manager at Appfire, has been named to CRN’s 2025 Women of the Channel list! This is the first time Melissa has appeared on the list, which honors women across the IT channel who drive innovation, foster strong partner relationships, and make a measurable impact in their organizations. Honorees represent the best of the channel — strategic leaders and team players who champion growth, transformation, and collaboration.

Since joining Appfire, Melissa has played a pivotal role in fostering trust and alignment on shared goals and expanding relationships with some of Appfire’s largest partners. Today, Appfire supports more than 700 global partners, with Melissa helping to lead the way. She has supported several joint initiatives and co-marketing campaigns; provided resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to succeed and deliver results; and contributed to numerous solution and program launches.
Highlights from the past year include:
- Co-developing the first Governance, Risk, and Compliance solution in the Atlassian ecosystem with Appfire’s largest global partner, Valiantys. Valiantys was recognized as Global Partner of the Year and Top Cloud Sales Partner in Appfire’s Red Hot Partner Awards for this work.
- Launching the first HR Onboarding solution with Modus Create, which was recognized as Appfire’s Partner of the Year for Innovation.
- Accelerating growth for several partners, resulting in tier advancements and recognition, including a 200% YOY growth milestone that earned Trundl Appfire’s 2024 Rising Star Award.
Relationship building is a key component of Appfire’s channel program and one the company continues to invest in. As the channel program continues to evolve, Melissa is a trusted advisor to her partners and peers, known for her strategic mindset, commitment to shared success, and ability to match Appfire’s solutions to real-world needs. She also plays an active role in her local St. Louis community, participating in Atlassian Community Events and contributing to Appfire Town, Appfire’s corporate social responsibility program.
