With this three-part collection, you will learn how to implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) in your organization with the help of BigPicture. From planning to execution and app configuration, the guides will serve as a blueprint for your SAFe® activities.

Here’s what’s inside the three-part bundle:

Part 1: PI Planning

The first part of the guide dives deep into PI Planning. Find out how BigPicture supports conducting team-based planning, setting Program Increment objectives, identifying risks, and more.

Part 2: Program Execution

Once the plan is in place, it’s time to execute it. To keep everybody strictly on track, SAFe® offers a specific timebox for keeping things well-organized and ordered. Program Increment (or PI) gives a handy structure for self-managing and self-organizing agile teams, which together make up an Agile Release Train (ART), to be aligned to the all-company vision and effectively work towards accomplishing the set objectives.

To illustrate how BigPicture can vastly support the execution of a PI, we will examine three of its ceremonies, namely:

Part 3: Jira & BigPicture SAFe® Configuration
