We’re thrilled to share that Appfire has once again been recognized among Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces — our third consecutive year on the list!
Each year, Inc. celebrates companies that go above and beyond to build meaningful, supportive, and empowering workplace cultures. This honor means the world to us because it reflects the voices and experiences of our employees (who we call fireflies) across the globe. Out of thousands of entries, 514 companies were chosen as 2025 Best Workplaces based on employee feedback and deep evaluations of company culture, leadership, perks and benefits, development opportunities, and more.
A people-first culture that powers our success
At our core, we build software that fuels productivity for teams — but it’s how we do it that truly defines us. With nearly 900 fireflies across 28 countries, we also prioritize fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether that’s through flexible work arrangements, learning and leadership programs, or just knowing that every voice matters — our people-first culture is critical to how we operate each day.
That human approach doesn’t stop at our (virtual) office doors. Through our corporate social responsibility program, Appfire Town, and our commitment to Pledge 1%, we give back in ways both big and small. We continue to pledge 1% of our product, profit, equity, and employee time — and volunteer globally — to strengthen the communities where we live and work.
Thriving through change
The past several years have brought challenges to companies and industries across the globe; from the lasting effects of the pandemic to evolving global conversations about everything from employee well-being to the economy, the world of work has changed dramatically. Through it all, Appfire has kept people at the center of every decision, as well as transparency, accountability, authenticity, and open communication.
“At Appfire we’re committed to a culture where everyone belongs,” said CEO Matt Dircks. “The challenges and uncertainty of the outside world only strengthen our resolve to lead with empathy and assume positive intent. This recognition reflects the strength of our culture and reinforces the importance of staying resilient, leaning into our values, and ensuring every voice is heard and respected. As we move forward, we’ll keep listening, adapting, and building a workplace where everyone is empowered to thrive.”
