We’re so excited to share that Appfire and our Corporate Social Responsibility program Appfire Town have been named Most Committed to Social Good by WorkLife! This category recognizes the company that has shown the greatest level of support to social causes through employee empowerment, extracurricular programs, and community partnerships. This is the second time Appfire has been recognized by WorkLife, being named Best Workplace Tech Provider in 2024.

Appfire brings a people-first mindset to every business decision, and this culture extends beyond Appfire to the company's customers, partners, friends and family, and into our local and global communities.
Giving back is also an integral element of Appfire’s brand and further supports our Be Human mindset. Appfire’s CSR program, Appfire Town, launched in 2022 to empower team members, customers, partners, family and friends to make a strong social impact by focusing on the causes that matter to them most. Since launching Appfire Town, Appfire has incorporated volunteer activities at nearly every team offsite and holiday party, at partner retreats, and at industry events where all attendees can participate.
“This program is not about a corporation telling employees to volunteer for a specific cause; it’s about giving 850+ team members across 27 countries and different cultures — as well as members of our broader community — the opportunity to transform small actions from ripples of kindness into waves of lasting impact,” says Appfire’s CSR Director Fabian Lopez. “Together we’re changing the world for the better by inspiring and empowering our teams, our partners, and our global community to make a difference, one small act at a time.”
In 2024, Appfire Town supported 1,135 organizations in 17 countries, with volunteers dedicating more than 4,455 hours to making a difference. While the average industry engagement rate in CSR programs is roughly 27%, Appfire’s team engagement was 74% in 2024.
