We’re excited to announce that Appfire’s EVP of Global Channel and Field Operations, Colin Puckett, has been named to CRN’s Channel Chiefs list for the fourth consecutive year. The recognition highlights Colin’s leadership within the IT channel and his impact on partner collaboration, innovation, and shared customer success.
Colin plays a central role in Appfire’s growth strategy, leading a global channel organization that supports more than 700 partners across the Atlassian ecosystem, in addition to smaller footprints in the Salesforce, monday.com, Microsoft, and AWS ecosystems. His team drives expansion, strengthens partner collaboration, and delivers measurable value for enterprise customers worldwide.
Under Colin’s leadership, Appfire’s channel organization achieved significant milestones over the past year. The team expanded across EMEA and APAC, adding Channel Management, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success resources to better support partners in high-growth regions. These investments strengthened local engagement and accelerated global co-sell execution.
A key accomplishment was the successful integration of Flow into Appfire’s go-to-market model. This initiative introduced direct sales and customer success motions into a channel-led organization, creating a unified, multi-motion framework. The result: improved alignment across teams, expanded co-sell opportunities, and a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
Appfire also continued to invest in partner enablement, enhancing its global partner experience through digital tools such as an improved partner portal, on-demand training, and AI-assisted resources. These capabilities increase partner agility and productivity while enabling faster, higher-impact customer outcomes.
