We’ve been hard at work to bring you a simplified user experience and streamlined support services for all your Appfire apps.

Marketplace migrations

December 2021 – April 2022: We will migrate all Atlassian Marketplace listings into our new Appfire account one or two brands at a time throughout the first few months of 2022.

Support and documentation migrations

February – November 2022: We will merge all customer support portals and product documentation pages under One Appfire throughout the spring and summer. See below for a handy app-by-app reference guide for Support and Documentation links that we’ll keep updated throughout the year.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your experience with Appfire. In addition to notifying customers via email and updating our Marketplace links as support and documentation sites are merged, we will also keep this page updated with the current links to product support and documentation for each app, so it’s easy to get the help you need for all your Appfire apps!

Why is Appfire bringing all of its apps together under one brand?

Appfire has seen tremendous growth recently, with more than 15 acquisitions since May 2020 alone, and we are positioned for continued growth. Our goal is to improve the user experience for accessing Appfire’s platform of top-selling apps and building on best-in-class standards around customer support, scalability, security, and interoperability. What does this mean for my license renewals?

There’s no action required on your part. When it comes time to renew your licenses, customers can simply work with your preferred reseller or renew your apps directly through the Atlassian Marketplace. For resellers, we hope that these changes will make it even easier to help you with customer quotes and questions.

How will this impact app support?

One of our top goals for One Appfire is to unify the support experience for all customers and partners, so you’ll have one portal for all your app support needs. We don’t expect any support disruptions as we migrate support sites, and we’ll keep you updated on the current support and documentation links throughout the process on this page, on our Marketplace listings, and via email notifications to affected customers.

What will happen to Feed Three’s mission?

When we launched Feed Three as the first socially conscious apps brand on the Atlassian Marketplace in 2018, we committed to donating app profits to help children around the world. While the Feed Three brand is being rolled into Appfire, Smart Queues for Jira Service Management will continue to operate with a dual mission to empower agents and feed children in need. Profits from Smart Queues app sales will continue to be donated to trusted global partners like Rise Against Hunger, Feeding America, and Action Against Hunger that share our mission.
