We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing, private equity-backed technology team. This is a high-visibility role designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to dive deep into the data to tell a story. As a key partner to the leadership team, you will move beyond simple "reporting" to provide the strategic insights that drive our growth. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where quality is the standard and every data point helps us make faster, more informed decisions.
What you will do:
- Strategic Revenue Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated, driver-based revenue models to forecast growth, churn, and expansion within our SaaS Products.
- Executive-Level Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and the executive suite, translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
- Full-Cycle FP&A: Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Data-Informed Decision Support: Analyze KPIs and unit economics to identify trends and provide "early warning" signals to the business.
- Process Excellence: Continuously improve financial agility by automating reporting and refining our data architecture.
What You will need:
- Unwavering Attention to Detail: You take pride in the "integrity of the cell." You understand that in a PE-backed environment, there is zero margin for error in financial reporting.
- Collaborative Spirit: You can work effectively with everyone while fostering a culture of transparency and shared goals.
- Agility & Grit: You excel in "fast-paced" settings—meaning you can pivot priorities quickly without losing focus on long-term deadlines.
- Executive Presence: You possess the confidence and clarity to present financial narratives directly to the C-suite and Senior Leadership Team. You don't just report numbers; you provide the "so what."
- Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes projects—such as M&A due diligence or company-wide cost-optimization initiatives—with minimal supervision.
- Proven Track Record: 6–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance.
- Industry Context: Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed or high-growth SaaS/Technology environment is highly preferred.
- Modeling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in building complex, multi-variable financial models from scratch. You should be comfortable with 3-statement modeling and intricate revenue forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
