Job Purpose and Overview

Appfire is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to lead product management for the BigPicture Project & Portfolio Management category. Your success will be measured by growth in revenue and adoption for the portfolio.


What You Will Do:

  • Overall product management responsibility for the BigPicture portfolio of Apps
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and lead product strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and partner needs to build a compelling vision 
  • Develop and present business cases as needed for investments in the portfolio
  • Define and develop a portfolio roadmap that represents key deliverables across the product portfolio 
  • Validate new offerings through qualitative and quantitative customer proof
  • Establish key metrics to validate success, or remediate as appropriate, across the portfolio 
  • Conduct regular customer interviews to understand customer needs
  • Define and deliver go-to-market offers and programs to drive adoption
  • Build relationships with analyst community to gain product feedback and market-influence 
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including engineering, marketing & support, to ensure successful delivery of products


What We Would Like to See: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, focus on Product Management or relevant subject area (MBA Preferred)
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of experience using product analytics tools (preferred)
  • 3+ years of working with UI/UX teams to deliver superior user experiences 
  • 2+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to deliver products/services
  • 2+ years managing SaaS/Subscription-based software product
