We’re excited to share that Appfire’s SVP of Global Channel and Field Operations Colin Puckett has been named to CRN’s Channel Chiefs list. This is the second year Colin has been recognized among the top leaders throughout the IT channel ecosystem who work tirelessly to ensure mutual success with their partners and customers.

Enabling partners through dedicated resources
Over the past year, Colin has continued to expand and enhance Appfire’s partner program, growing the Channel team, supporting more than 700 partners worldwide, and delivering resources and tailored solutions to fit how partners sell and what customers buy.
With Colin at the helm, Appfire’s Channel team remained laser-focused on supporting its partners in 2023. To further enhance the program launched the previous year, the team unveiled a partner portal that includes growth programs, performance data, sales enablement materials, LMS-integrated training and certification programs, and demos that partners across multiple ecosystems can easily access at any time to help support their customer engagements.

A continued investment in growth and relationships
Relationship building is a core component of Appfire’s channel program and one the company continues to invest in. One way Colin’s team successfully fosters these relationships is through its annual partner retreat. Appfire recently hosted its third retreat, inviting partners from across the globe for team-building, insightful conversations, and feedback discussions. The team also continues to highlight and recognize partners with strong year-over-year growth through its Red Hot Partner Awards program.
Appfire’s channel program continues to evolve, and Colin’s team has big plans for what’s to come. “In 2024 we’re focusing more on collaborative marketing opportunities with our partners, with the goal of further strengthening relationships and overall impact,” says Colin. “We’re excited to work even more closely with our partners and to continue delivering value together.”
